Hope regularly assists clients with getting their back and current taxes filed and negotiating the balance due.  In her 20+ years of practice, Hope has successfully filed and negotiated thousands of offers in compromise. She negotiates  millions of dollars in back taxes on an annual basis with respect to payroll taxes, trust fund penalties, wage levies, bank levies, real estate liens, penalty abatements, injured and innocent spouse filings, filing and negotiating offers and compromise, installment agreements, and tax lien releases. Represents clients at appeals conferences, collection due process hearings, equivalent hearings, and collection appeal process hearings. 
Hope works closely with her clients planning strategies to minimize potential taxes, penalties and interest.
